Ronan addresses committee
The environment, food and agriculture minister says there are no plans to bring in legislation to stop restaurants using the term "locally sourced".
Richard Ronan was giving evidence to the Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee along with his chief officer Richard Lole.
According to the minister, "Manx meat" must have been born, reared and slaughtered on the Island, but the term "locally sourced" isn't regulated.
