Alf Cannan insists document is solely designed to explore ways the two jurisdictions can work together
The chief minister insists there are no plans to combine any of the Island's public services with Liverpool.
Alf Cannan has been responding to questions about the Memorandum of Understanding he signed with the city last month.
The document, which was published publicly today (Tuesday 29 April), lays out ways in which the two jurisdictions can work together in the future.
Mr Cannan had this response to Onchan member Julie Edge's concerns about the wording of the document:
Peel bar impacted by bus strikes
