Figure stands at 84%, according to government survey
The vast majority of businesses in the Isle of Man don't offer paid maternity leave, according to the government's latest business confidence survey.
Of the companies asked for the study, 84% said they currently offered no paid maternity leave, while one-tenth (9.7%) offer three months or less.
The remainder (6.3%) offer three to six months, meaning none offer more than that.
