Contract negotiations expected to cost an extra £700,000 a year
Manx Care insists no other service will face cuts to fund work to eliminate the waiting list for dentists.
It's agreed new contracts with its dental providers enabling them to take on more NHS patients.
It's expected to cost around an extra £700,000 each year to incentivise the providers to continue the work.
