Ashford quizzed in HoK over intellectual property claims
The health minister says he will not be issuing a 'point-by-point rebuttal' over accusations of intellectual property theft.
Dr Rachel Glover, the lead scientist behind the Island's Covid-19 testing lab, made the claims against the Department of Health and Social Care last month.
In retaliation David Ashford said a full response would be published - however then revealed to the Public Accounts Committee that it was no longer his plan.
He told Onchan MHK Julie Edge, who tabled a question in this week's House of Keys sitting asking for the statement, that his points have already been made:
Three-week road closure for gas main works
Public expectations for high street services 'a contradiction'
