Speaker of the House of Keys unable to travel to Jersey
There is no Manx representation at the British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly currently taking place in Jersey.
Speaker of the House of Keys, Juan Watterson, was due to travel to the two-day summit but was forced to withdraw for personal reasons.
Those attending the gathering include the UK's Northern Ireland Minister, Steve Baker, and the Irish Finance Minister, Jennifer Carroll MacNeill.
One of the topics on the agenda is strengthening ties between the United Kingdom and the Crown Dependencies
