Robertshaw's motion fails to carry
Politicians have voted down attempts to create a post office independent panel.
Members debated the issue for more than an hour and a half on day three of this month's Tynwald sitting.

However members failed to agree on the matter, and the motion failed to carry in both the House of Keys and Legislative Council.
Members voted: 7 for, 16 against.
LegCo voted: 2 for, 6 against.
