Island not following UK move
Education bosses say there are no immediate plans to introduce two-year degree courses on the Island.
There have been increasing calls in the UK to reduce the length of higher education programmes to minimise the level debt when graduating.
However, CEO at the Department of Education, Professor Ronald Barr, says there are a number of hoops to jump through before we could introduce two-year degree courses here.
