Chief minister 'happy to move forward'
The chief minister says no further action will be taken after the confusion which emerged between government and the Steam Packet over isolation rules.
His comments come after an investigation into why Island-based crew weren't following the requirements.
According to Howard Quayle it showed there was a 'genuine misunderstanding' over a direction notice, with Manx crew now subject to a new testing regime and updated rules.
The chief minister's received advice which says no prosecutions can be made in this case, and says he wants to move forward on the issue:
'Essential' that school staff recognise the signs of an allergic reaction
'High' risk of wildfires over the next week
'Come From Away' to continue after cast member injured during rehearsal
'Parks in worse state then when I started' says Peel commissioner
