Negotiations continuing between health body and medical society
Unlike their UK counterparts, health workers on the Isle of Man will not be taking part in 'collective action.'
GPs in England voted overwhelmingly to stage industrial action over new contracts, which means doctors will be able to choose from a series of changes, including limiting patient numbers to 25.
Manx Care says this is not the case on the Island, but adds negotiations with the Isle of Man Medical Society are continuing over the uplift of GP contracts.
However, the health body says the current offer is 'significantly more' than what is being offered by NHS England.
