But Arbory and Rushen see 11 pence rise
Arbory and Rushen residents will see rates go up by 7.5 per cent this year.
They are rising from 136 to 147 pence in the pound.
Board members have cited higher contributions to the Southern Civic Amenity Site and Southern Swimming Pool as the main reasons for the increase.
