Start of season for young animals, which may feel threatened
The Manx Wildlife Trust has issued advice to the public at the start of seal pup season.
A number of the young animals have been spotted at the Calf of Man this week.
People are being advised to steer clear if they come across any, and to make sure dogs are kept on leads.
MWT says it has a dedicated team of 'seal sitters' to keep an eye on the pups from a distance.
If you do see one in a public space, which may make them feel threatened, call 568726 or 450879.
