An independent study has dispelled claims the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure is top heavy with managers.
Concerns were raised by an MHK earlier this year, and subsequently repeated elsewhere, but they have been quashed in a study carried out by management consultants Beamans.
Chief executive of the DCCL Nick Black says there is no 'them and us culture' between management and staff:
