Treasury Minister Anne Craine has said she has no plans to operate another Income Tax Voluntary Discovery scheme in the forthcoming financial year.
She was responding to a question from North Douglas MHK Bill Henderson in the House of Keys today (Tuesday).
Mrs Craine said under a 2010 'tax amnesty', as such schemes were often called, her department had waived penalties and interest for taxpayers who reported understated income, although any additional tax due was payable:
