Proposals to increase budget scrutiny voted down in Tynwald
The next government should decide whether the Budget process need to change.
That's the view of the Treasury Minister after Tynwald voted down proposals to increase scrutiny.
Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson wanted to see the figures published in advance and for members to be able to make changes.
