Next Group PLC rents property for annual income of £370,244
The building which houses the Next store on Strand Street, is up for sale for more than six million pounds.
Chrystals has listed the 15,900 square foot property in Douglas for an asking price of £6,250,000.
The lease to Next runs out in 2026 and has a rental annual income of more than £370,000.
Next Group PLC has around 700 stores offering clothing, footwear and home products.
