Acquisition of publications underway
Isle of Man Newspapers says it isn't in a position to comment, following the news it's to change hands this month.
Current owner Johnston Press will sell the Newspapers' print and online titles to the Surrey-based Tindle Newspaper Group.
The £4.25 million deal is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
A spokesperson for Isle of Man Newspapers told Manx Radio it would be happy to comment following the finalisation of arrangements.
