Annual Braaid Eisteddfod taking place this weekend
Newcomers to the Isle of Man are being encouraged to experience a ‘real Manx community event’ this weekend.
The annual Braaid Eisteddfod will take place on Saturday (22 March).
Participants will compete in musical and literary performances in the spectacle which it's thought has been taking place for around 80 years.

Tickets cost £5 and are available on the door at the Braaid Hall.
The event starts at 7.30pm and includes a Manx supper.
