New Year Dips to take place around the Island

Hundreds of people will see in 2025 with a cold dip in the sea

An annual tradition on the Isle of Man will see hundreds of people welcome in 2025 with a swim in the sea today.

There are New Year's Day Dips taking place across the Island, all to raise money for charity.

A full list of dips and times is below:

Southern Dippers

• 10.00am - Chapel Bay, Port St Mary
• 10.45am - Inner Harbour, Port St Mary
• 11.30am - Gansey Beach
• 12.15pm - Port Erin Beach

Castletown

• 11am - Castletown Harbour

Ramsey

• 11am - Ramsey South Beach

Peel

• 12pm - Peel Beach

Laxey

• 12pm - Laxey Beach

Douglas

• 1pm - Queen’s Promenade
