But admits 'sadness' at move from DHSC
The Isle of Man's new treasury minister says he's looking forward to the challenges ahead.
Douglas North MHK David Ashford has taken up the post within the Council of Ministers.
It follows four years as the health and social care minister – a position which has now been allocated to Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper.
Mr Ashford says after an intense time dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic the move is 'tinged with a bit of sadness':
