'Evolution not revolution' is how the chief minister is describing the overhaul of the Manx government's structure.
Despite much criticism and suggested alternatives, the shake-up proposed by Tony Brown was supported by Tynwald last week and will come into effect from April 1.
Mr Brown says everyone now has to move forward, although he acknowledges the new system will need time and flexibility to work:
