The new daily air cargo service between Liverpool and the Isle of Man has been temporarily suspended, two weeks after it was launched.
The link, which promised businesses and residents here a 'next day' delivery service, was hailed as a great boost for the Island. The previous daily air cargo service ceased two years ago.
However, Janes Aviation which was using a BAe 748 aircraft on the route, is understood to be facing what are described as "handling issues" at Liverpool.
The airport is to give further details on the future of the service shortly.
