Friends of Ramsey Courthouse Limited talk about 'Plan B'
It did seem as if it was a matter of crossing the T's and dotting the I's.
But the collapse of talks to keep Ramsey's Post Office in the Courthouse building has come as a great surprise to many though not, it seems, to one of the key figures behind the plan.
Captain Nigel Malpass is now behind a proposal that is being termed "plan B".
