
A new magazine is available for parents and carers in the Isle of Man.
Family Manx is a free bi-monthly publication which can be viewed via the Internet.
It was launched in July and offers a central place for people to find out about the clubs, groups, events and services running for children in the under twelve age group.
The owner and editor is Amy Maguire, who moved to the Island four years ago.
She says she found most information was passed on by word of mouth, which meant people were missing out on a range of social experiences (audio file attached):
