Government hopes it will provide more transparency on transactions
Anyone buying or selling property on the Isle of Man can now access a range of information.
A new Land Registry dashboard is now available on the Isle of Man Government website.
It's designed to give an overall indication of property transactions on Island.
It includes registration fees paid, time taken for applications to be processed, details of applications searchable by address and an overview of the market broken down by price band.
Government says the aim is to increase transparency around property transactions, although no personal details will be published.
Property surveyors, banks, professional valuers and anyone considering buying or selling is able to use the system at no charge.
