Moves for Baker and Harmer
The two men occupying new roles in the Council of Ministers have outlined their priorities for the year, following a political reshuffle (3 June)
Ray Harmer has been moved from his role as infrastructure minister to step in to the policy and reform position.
It's been left vacant following the dismissal of Chris Thomas last week.
Mr Harmer says he's happy to be in the position, and wants to make sure government policies put people first:
Ayre & Michael MHK Tim Baker is the new infrastructure minister, and accepts communication has been a challenge for the DoI.
He's stressed that the Douglas promenade scheme will be completed in full, as agreed by Tynwald:
