New male red panda coming to the Curraghs Wildlife Park

It'll be first male there since Kush died in 2021

It's hoped a new male red panda will be joining the Curraghs Wildlife Park early in 2026.

There have only been females at the Sulby facility since Kush died in 2021.

The addition is one of a number of improvements being planned there.

Park manager Kathleen Graham says they're preparing for the new arrival:
