
Douglas bus station could be moved closer to the shops after the Department of Infrastructure proposed a new site in the capital's centre.
Director of Highways Richard Pearson announced that their preferred location is Victoria street.
The bus stops will replace the taxi lay-bys on the north side of the road, covered by a sheltered walkway.
The plans are going to a public consultation from until September.
