Annual registration fee doubled
It’s vital visitors leave with the best impression possible and a new era for the Island’s homestay scheme will help do that, so says an MHK responsible for tourism.
The appointment of Douglas-based online booking agency MiQuando to run the scheme for the TT and Festival of Motorcycling from 2018 was discussed in the House of Keys this week.
Eyebrows have been raised at the increase in the annual registration fee which is set to double, with a discount for a two year registration.
