Strategy embraces legal and illegal substances
The Island's senior police officer thinks people will be surprised by elements of the government's new drug and alcohol strategy.
It's due to go before Tynwald this month.
The strategy relates to substances across the spectrum, both legal and illegal, and will shape public policy designed to tackle the issues which arise.
