Eyes are on Visual Awareness Week
A new device, which experts say can help the visually impaired increase their levels of sight, will be on display on the Island today (Thurs 13).
Oxsight, a company from Oxford in the UK, has sent representatives to attend Vision Awareness Week on the Island to showcase the devices.
Clinician Daniel Crown says it can provide hope for some, who've been told their vision won't be the same again.
The devices will be displayed at the Manx Blind Welfare Society headquarters in Onchan, today and tomorrow.
