The trial of a Castletown man accused of murder is due to restart on Monday next week (March 16).
Last week it had to be halted due to a change in circumstances and Deemster Alastair Montgomerie dismissed the jury.
The case will now be retried by a fresh jury.
Forty-six-year-old Ian Anderson from Queen Street in the town denies murdering 60-year-old Neil Roberts from Ballabeg on December 1 2013.
