Public Health report shows 12 deaths in six weeks
New Covid-19 data appears to be at odds with the government dashboard.
Data published by Public Health Isle of Man, in the latest weekly surveillance report, show there have been 12 Covid-19 deaths since 26 July.
However, the dashboard shows nine over the same time period.
Surveillance Report data breaks down deaths into people who definitely had Covid-19, those who definitely didn't and those where any coronavirus involvement is yet to be confirmed.
Two deaths listed as 'unconfirmed' last week have now been confirmed as Covid-19 fatalities.
There are also several deaths listed in the Public Health report, which, it appears, were not recorded on the dashboard.
Manx Radio has contacted government for clarification on the statistics.
