The Island's new Chief Constable says he wants a change of mindset when it comes to measuring the success of the Isle of Man Constabulary.
Gary Roberts, who was sworn in on Friday, has been laying out his vision and direction he wants the Island's force to move in during the next five years.
He says statistics such as the number of arrests aren't the be all and end all:
Investigation underway after man dies in Barregarrow crossroads collision
DHSC 'taking charge' of Noble's Hospital capacity issues
Manx Care and DHSC open to public meeting about Ramsey Cottage Hospital
Police still receiving reports of AI being used for 'cruel purposes' in schools
