New charge for Weston Super Mare man accused of sending explicit content

Further remanded at Isle of Man Prison

A man from Weston Super Mare, accused of sending indecent images of himself to a child, has been charged with a second offence.

Timothy Ian Moulton, currently care of the Isle of Man Prison, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where the charge of sending an offensive, indecent or menacing message was laid.

The offence was allegedly committed between 9 and 19 July.

There was no application for bail and the 41-year-old was further remanded in custody until 21 September.

Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 5 October Moulton pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 28 weeks in custody - you can find out more HERE.
