'Ham and Egg and Turtle Soup' dives into the history of the Island's cuisine
It's hoped a new book can shine a light on some of the recipes from the Isle of Man of old.
'Ham and Eggs and Turtle Soup' looks at the history of Manx food and some of its less well-known delicacies.
It's been compiled using recipes found in Manx National Heritage's archives.
