Second volume of 'The Island Kitchen' is released
The publishers of a new book say it could help market Manx food and drink all around the world.
Volume two of 'The Island Kitchen' was launched yesterday, showcasing hundreds of restaurants, eateries and local produce.
Featuring local businesses from all over the Isle of Man, it also offers some of the producers favourite recipes.
Miles Cowsill from Lily Publications says the reaction to the first volume - published in 2015 - was the reason for the new, updated version:
