Crowd-funding campaign to fund new facility
Many venues across the Island are ill-equipped for music lessons, making teacher's jobs much more difficult.
That's the view of Laura Rowles, co-owner of Mannin Music, a private music teachers collaboration.
The group has launched a crowd funding campaign to build a new half a million pound, multi-purpose rehearsal centre, fully equipped for music, acting and other arts.
She says the new facility is much needed as the venues currently in use are proving tricky for teachers:
