Island association announces founder's death
One of the central figures in the Island’s netball scene has died.
The Manx Netball Association says Judi Clark-Wilson passed away at Clatterbridge Hospital after a battle with lymphoma.
She moved to the island with her family in 1982 and set up the association in 1984 – taking part in the sport as a player, umpire, coach and official.
The MNA says she was “an incredible lady” and is asking players to remember her as they take to the court in upcoming fixtures.
