
A 37 year old man charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent has appeared before the High Bailiff.
James Gary Nelson of Rosemount in Douglas has been granted bail by Mr Moyle in the sum of £5,000 and a surety of £10,000 to be lodged in court.
Nelson must reside in his home in Ross Road, Belfast and report daily at Grosvenor Road police station in Belfast.
The case was adjourned until July 22nd.
