The work of TE Brown will be celebrated at the Henry Bloom Noble Library in Victoria Street, Douglas tomorrow.
Historian Derek Winterbottom, the author of TE Brown His Life and Legacy, will give a talk about the life and work of the Island's national poet.
Broadcaster and life-long farmer John Kennaugh will recite one of his poems.
The event will start at 7.30pm.
