Standing ovation for Parish Walk stalwart
Marie Lambden received a special award and a standing ovation at last night's (Tues) Manx Telecom Parish Walk Awards ceremony at the Villa Marina.
Her late husband Murray was one of the Parish Walk's best-known figures as a long-time competitor, statistician, advisor, photographer and writer - and also won the event in 1978.
He passed away suddenly in April at the age of 60.
Marie says it was a great honour.
