
The trial of a Castletown man accused of murder has been halted.
Deemster Alastair Montgomerie has this morning (Wednesday) dismissed the jury after a change in circumstances.
It's been put on hold until a date to be fixed and the case will have to be retired by a fresh jury.
Ian Anderson, 46, from Queen Street in the town denies murdering 60-year-old Neil Roberts from Ballabeg - some time between November 29 and December 2, 2013.
