Operation Fortress cracking down on criminality
A multiagency operation aimed at disrupting and deterring criminal activities from entering the Isle of Man will run indefinitely.
That's according to police who've already made six arrests and seized drugs and cash during Operation Fortress.
Detective Sergeant Emily Perkins told Manx Radio police are conducting searches on a weekly basis.
She added they will also have a presence at the ports during TT:
Manx matchmaker supporting people 'frustrated' with online dating
Toilet changes at QEII 'well received'
Date confirmed for funeral of Sam Naughton
Buddy has first of two 'much-needed' surgeries
