Hopes DEFA Minister
An endorsement by the Marine Conservation Society of the Isle of Man's management of its Scallop fishery could provide new sales opportunities for the industry.
That's the view of DEFA Minister Clare Barber.
The Manx Scallop fishery has been rated as one of the most sustainably managed in the British Isles by the MSC.
The Minister believes it could open more doors to the Manx product.
