She wants UK Parliament to debate tragedy
An MP is calling for a Parliamentary debate on the Summerland fire.
Warrington South representative Sarah Hall made the announcement during yesterday's 'Business of the House' sitting at Westminster.
The tragedy claimed the lives of 50 people on August 2nd, 1973 including two from her constituency.
Alan Barker and Sean Kelly died when fire destroyed the Summerland indoor entertainment and leisure complex.
In response to the request, Leader of the House of Commons, Lucy Powell, suggested Ms Hall raises the subject again during next week's Grenfell inquiry debate.
