Police carry out checks in Kirk Michael
Three people were caught speeding in Kirk Michael this morning while officers were carrying out speed checks near the village's primary school.
The post on the Western Neighbourhood Policing Team's Facebook page says they had broken the limit despite the large illuminated signs.
The drivers were each fined £120 and each had two points put on their licences.
