Vehicle seized for being in dangerous condition
Police are urging people to leave vehicles which are not roadworthy off the roads.
The Roads Policing Unit says it dealt with a motorist driving with a broken accelerator cable last night.
The individual had put the cable through the window and was pulling on it manually as a 'means of propulsion'.
Officers say the vehicle was seized for being in a dangerous condition.
