Dandara submits planning application
More than 40 industrial units could be built on vacant land between Balthane Park Industrial Estate and the new by-pass road in Ballasalla.
Forty-five buildings would be set up in four separate blocks and used for storage and distribution.
The plans, submitted by Dandara, cover a total floor area of 5232 square metres.
The application is pending consideration.
