Average house price was £325,000
More than 200 property sales were completed on the Isle of Man in September.
Local website propertyprices.im records 208 taking place; almost 72 percent higher than in August.
The transactions added up to more than £67.6 million which equated to an average price of just over £325,000 - down 2.7 percent from the previous month.
Statistics are based on sales between £70,000 and £700,000.
The information is gathered from the Isle of Man Land Registry.
The sharp rise in property prices over the past 10 years is demonstrated by a Kirk Michael Home that achieved £550,000 in May this year - £220,000 more than it was bought for in 2016.
